C.56. URIENCODE()

URIENCODE(string)
URI-encodes a string, so that characters not normally allowed in a URL are replaced with escape sequences following the format %XX, where XX is the hexadecimal bytecode of the character.
; Encode "Hello World":
exten => 123,1,Set(foo=${URIENCODE("Hello World")})
; Returns "Hello%20World"
